The only issue I had was the shower, the water pressure was horrible. And I will never again use a hotel safe box. Everything else was perfect. Very impressed by the room and the technology. The service..they was absolutely amazing and they all deserve a huge raise. Not only was they cool but also my age, they all gave us recommendations for places to go and things to do and times. Location we stayed at was in Old San Juan so if you did your research you know what to expect but being there is person was on a new level of amazing. 3 days isn't enough time to really explore and do things. And everyone is so so friendly and welcoming. Much better than the states.”

There is a beautiful restaurant on the property called Sunset cafe which is amazing, speaking of which you won’t want to miss the amazing sunsets. The staff is great, property manager Alexandra is a doll. One thing we were not informed of before traveling is that the month of September is slow season, almost all restaurants were closed. Most places were reopening first 2 weeks in October. It is the perfect place to go and relax.”

“Bad experience from the start room smelling like mildew . Room was changed then the hallway no lighting and small bed 2 small pillow not even standard. You could hop right out of the bed into the bathroom no toilet brush and only 2 thin towels no wash cloth no face towels .. early in the morning couldn’t even sleep hammering and scratching the walls getting it ready to paint .. breakfast no lies about an hour for two fried eggs and ham.. all inclusive falls advertising you ask for a soda only a cup if you want can you have to pay.. on a meal one one portion a day like breakfast lunch and dinner .. dinner if you order rice bean and pork chop and you want extra platains you have to pay extra . That’s not all inclusive .. the good drinks you pay .. not wheelchair facilities.. very disappointed I wouldn’t recommend it to no one. I wouldn’t return even if it’s free .. save your money and enjoy it in a better location..”

I typically switch up which hotel I stay at for my annual trip to PR, but this hotel has made me want to change my plans and just stay here every year. The rooms were spacious and modern (we had a two bedroom condo) and very clean. The beach is a HUGE bonus to this property. Absolutely crystal clear water and very private. The restaurant was great as well. When we got a flat tire and asked the front desk for help translating, Nancy was amazing! She really went above and beyond what is expected of a front desk associate. Loved this place, will definitely be back.”

“While the physical space of the generous apartment (2 bedrooms and two bathrooms) and the location are excellent, the hotel is in poor repair. The elevator closest to us was out, so we have to go up and down a challenging flight of stairs. The washer dryer, dishwasher, and stove are all “under repair.” Seems like a lovely property that needs better management or a little investment.”

“A very nice, respectable hotel. It's a great location to act as a home base for anything you want to do in the southwest of the island. It's got plenty of parking and a nice pool. There's a cafe, which we didn't eat at so I can't speak to its quality but it is convenient. The staff we talked to were very helpful and friendly! Boquerón is a sleepy little town but it's cute and there is a beach very close. We got the lowest-tier room and it was perfectly adequate. A bed, a bathroom, an AC, and a TV was pretty much it. It was very neat and clean and comfortable. I only have two minor complaints: we saw small cockroaches on three occasions, which I'm sure is just something to be dealt with in tropical places. There's also not many places to hang things in the smallest rooms. Maybe the other room sizes are better, but we could've used some hooks in the shower or more hangers. Again, minor complaints, overall we had a very pleasant experience and are happy we chose this hotel :)”
