“I have to say that sadly this hotel definitely doesn’t live up to it’s 5 stars rating. The main reason is the slow, reluctant staff. They communicate very poorly in English and hardly understand you. I saw that they much rather prefer Turkish and German customers but in my opinion every customer should be treated equally because we all paid for the stay at the hotel. The rooms we got were unfortunately a bit smaller than the other rooms and very far from the main restaurant, lobby bar and basically from everything. The transfer bus that runs to the beach smells like canned fish because the seats are made of fabric and not plastic like other hotels. The receptionists didn’t even say bye after we got checked out, which we were very sorry about but I must say that few of the waiters were very kind and helpful. Meals and desserts tasted good in overall, but the staff at the grill have a lot to learn. The meat was kinda rubbery and eggs were almost raw at the breakfast. The entertainment programs were pretty diverse and fun and the drinks in the Irish pub were really tasty and well made. I really have to praise the Italian á la carte. Everything about it was excellent. This hotel definitely has it’s positives like entertainment program and the pool area but it also has a lot of negatives as well and if I gotta be honest I thought there would be a lot better service than we actually got because it’s a brand new hotel after all. We’ve been to Turkey 8 times, of which 4 times in Side, but this hotel was a bit of a disappointment for us and probably this was the first and the last time we visited this hotel.”

“Don't normally stay in a three star but this hotel deserves a five star review. Food quality is amazing for a 3 star and I have never seen a better salad bar anywhere. Hot food is always HOT and cooked fresh. Rooms are basic but spacious and comfortable. Great family budget hotel and nice surroundings. They have 2 pet sheep and a goat who all love a fuss. Staff are incredibly friendly and efficient, what more could you want?”

“Hello headliners! I will briefly tell you about my experience with this hotel which claims to be 4 stars but the reality is 2 stars. I will also attach pictures and a small video for confirmation. Since I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that they do not have our rooms available, that there are technical problems, etc. LIES. During my stay there I found out that this is how this mess works. They rewarded me with the FREE safe, a fruit platter and a bottle of wine, which were supposed to be sent to our room every day, but they only arrived one day. The next day they moved us to a room where cockroaches were also staying (the video I've done, can't be attach). I can't even imagine what was in the kitchen/food preparation area. And only the 3rd move that I made after complaining directly to the manager, whom I called to the room to show him the "treasure", I received a decent room. In the hallways of the hotel, the windows were open, so there was no air conditioning. You were sweating non-stop. The carpets where they were old, tattered and dirty. SHAME ON THE ENTIRE STAFF, starting with the manager (I didn't remember his name, but he knows who he is) less a few waiters at the tables, who poor people really tried to be kind, as well as the lady from the SPA area, but slightly disturbed that we went every day to change the beach towels with clean ones, for the 2nd day. We cannot say the same about the girl at the reception, a person who has no business in that location as a worker with the public. A sad girl an each moment, offended that customers end up in that location. He didn't know how to smile, offer you a welcome, etc. A totally unsuccessful vacation, I'm sorry I ended up there, but of course I won't be back, neither will the people I know, to whom I've already informed about this unfortunate stay. The pictures on their website have nothing to do with reality. Careful! The beach is 200m away (no. 12), but which is paid, even with a ticket taken through the agency, it doesn't matter, they don't care. There is a bar on the beach that offers drinks, food, etc. for a fee. Those at the hotel offer all-inclusive, ice cream, cakes and drinks (not fruit) only at the pool inside the hotel. Be careful what choices you make for your vacations. This location is not an adequate one, I say it from my own experience and even as recently as August 2023.”

“Warning! Please be careful when booking budget/economy room. This room is located at the stairs which is the smallest room I have ever experienced. It does not have a balcony and the room is so small that you have 40cm around the bed to walk. Opening large suitcase is not even possible. Then when you request a bigger room be prepared to pay extra money. They only had the best rooms available on our stay and asked extra 50 euros per night for the new room. Budget room images have not been posted anywhere when booking. Its a scam! Otherwise the location is nice at the beach. Breakfast was hams, cheese, bread, olives, fried eggs and watermelon. Same everyday nothing special.”

This person are treaten very very bad and rude by an male day- receptionist. The receptionist ask the guest to pay an bill, 163,50 UK sterling pound without given the bill to the guest. After paying the account, the receptionist screaming TIP, TIP TIP! To the old men. I was complete in shock, how they can treat a paying gues like this. Later that day, I spoken with Turkish person who know the hotel Elysee very well and he told me that the staff , waiters and receptionist stealing from the guests.”

“I don't understand why people write such bad reviews. Although our vacation is not over yet, I want to thank all the hotel staff, from the cleaner to the manager. There are so many guests in the hotel and everything is perfectly organized. Really everything in this hotel is good. The rooms are cleaned, the food is plentiful and varied, everyone can find something to their taste. Fresh fruits, vegetables, variety of drinks. Ice cream, desserts. The Internet is excellent, it works not only in the hotel area, by the sea, but also outside the hotel. Maybe the evening program is poor, but for the price of the hotel, I have no complaints. “Great hotelrooms for cheap prices. We took the cheapest option for a week, and there were still everything needed. Environment is clean and great looking, especially poolside were really nice. 5 minutes walk to the beach were a big plus too, and there is all services nearby (gym, hamam spa, shops, restaurants etc). Breakfasts and other foods were perfect and cheap, also it was possible to buy drinks all day and night from the reception. Customer service on point. The workers are always happy and very polite. I will come here again when visiting Alanya!”
