“DONT BE MISLEAD!! This hotel is a 1 star at best. Run down, extremely rude staff and manager, your toilet is practically in your shower!! Run down neighborhood, tiny rooms. When we addressed the fact that this was NOT a 3 star and there are absolutely ZERO amenities, pool, business center, Lobby etc.. the manager simply shrugged his shoulders and stated there was no problem with us finding another hotel and getting a refund, however when our travel agency requested paperwork from the hotel confirming refund, the management REFUSED to provide the documentation!! Simply rude, and FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!”
