“Nice hotel with full of orange trees, spa, 2 restaurants and a pool. We stayed here during Christmas and liked it a lot. Especially in the low season, you get immediate attention from the waiters, no European waiting times for being served. The food in the restaurant was also very good but it's pricey for Turkish standards. They can also arrange a drop-off and pick-up service for you if you want to explore the surrounding areas. We had a pleasant stay overall.”

“Hello, we were there on July 9th, 2023 because the hotel complex and room cleaning were top. Now for the negative part: unfortunately there were no loungers available and we spent hours looking, so we also had arguments with Arab guests about it. Unfortunately nothing is done about it, it is said that towels will be collected after 1 hour of reservation. We also responded to the guest complaint, but unfortunately without success. That's why I wouldn't recommend it during the summer holidays as it is unfortunately overcrowded.”

“I would like to express my impressions here. We were accommodated in the end of September 2023. We arrived around 12pm, exhausted from the night travel and long trip from the Antalya airport. At the concierge we were told that rooms are not available yet, but if we pay extra €50, we shall be accommodated in the main building, claiming the rooms are newer, more spacious, etc and that one is available at that moment. We are group of 4 (we had booked 2 rooms), we agreed to this because we were tired and at least we can freshen up in one and go to the pool for example. First thing - we couldn’t pay that €50 by card (allegedly broken terminal), the concierge lady just took the cash (€50 per each room)and gave us no receipt, therefore we had to rely on her word we would get the second room in the building once it’s ready. When I demanded the receipt, another receptionist got lost in the interpretation of English and thought we wanted the room right away. That was unpleasant. Second thing - after paying that extra fee, we did not expect anything luxurious, HOWEVER, the room was completely FILTHY! The bed looked like someone slept in there, only that house keeping made the bed and not changed the sheets. Dirty glasses, sand all over the place. Disgusting! I made a complaint at the concierge, luckily this was resolved by cleaning the room properly. The glasses remained the same..but I was too tired to go through this again, so we decided not to use them. The overall cleaning service truly sucked. I tried to leave extra tip on the bed during our stay to see, whether the cleaning gets better, it did not. The mini bar was never refilled (initially there was still/sparkling water and couple of juices - we would at least welcome the refill of waters). STRAY CATS - that is my most serious concern, there were cats everywhere and hotel takes zero responsibility on this. At least ban your guest to pet them and feed them. THIS IS NOT A PETTING ZOO. It’s completely unsanitary to pet, touch or feed feral cats - there are risks of diseases such as rabies, bacterial infections, also toxoplasmosis (which is especially dangerous for pregnant women). People were touching cats, deliberately going to get the food for them from the restaurant, seeing not washing their hands and touching food, the cats, the food..I was appalled to witness this. By feeding the cats you only support their reproduction and there will be more of them, carrying more diseases. Interaction between hotel guests and cats should be strictly prohibited. During our stay we saw one cat to puke in the hotel lobby, those cats are clearly sick. Other observations: - Pool cold and between 3-4 PM completely in the shadow - Non smoking areas - people smoking everywhere, it is very unpleasant for non-smoking people (especially pregnant women), even in the restaurant while eating. We had to stay indoors every time to not smell the cigars while in the middle of the meal (even though sometimes we wished we could enjoy meal outside, but thanks to ignorant smokers we didn’t), pool area the same. At least divide the area on smokers and none smokers. - Dirty glasses and dishes from the bottom at the restaurant - Food and desserts mostly same/repetitive bland. Sometime even waste of ingredients to just make it appear there is a wider selection of food (such as mashed potatoes rolls) This hotel doesn’t deliver 5* services, I would say rather 2*, but given the circumstances regarding the hygiene and sanitation, I give one.”

“Great satisfaction with the hotel. Beautifully built premises and garden. Everything is clean, even the hotel rooms. Satisfaction with the beach as well, there are sunshades with sunbeds and additionally, a drying rack with a little table. However, taller people have to beware of the sunshades, as they are a little bit lower, so watch your heads.😆 The sunshades are well spaced though, not too close together, so you could have some privacy. The showers on the beach were an advantage. There is also a bar nearby where you can choose from a selection of drinks, which you can also take with you to the beach. As for the restaurant, each guests are assigned a table, so you don’t have to worry about not finding a seat. There is a large terrace with the sea view. The food was great, you could choose whatever you wanted, a lot of cakes to choose from also. The wait staff, who were really nice, brought you a drink on your request, and they also took empty plates relatively quickly, so you didn’t have a mess on your table. It is obvious that they care about their guests. The only disadvantage was the Wi-Fi connection, which was almost everywhere except the hotel rooms. But we were really satisfied with the hotel.😊”

“Definitely not a 5-star hotel by European standards, I would rather put this in the 3-4-star category. My review is through a 3-star "lense". Rooms - the room was clean and decently furnished. I had the impression that Turkish building code must be very different to what I am used to in that overall build quality is very low, one of the most striking manifestation of which is the almost complete lack of sound proofing. Expect to hear all your neighbors' conversations, all corridor talks, anyone flushing or taking a shower on any floor above you. Also, if there happens to be a party outdoor, you can expect to hear everything even with closed windows. Poor build quality is obvious across the board. The room had air conditioning, but when I turned it on it almost blew no air and made a funny noise, so I checked the filters and they were completely clogged with dirt which I cleaned in 3 minutes and that fixed the problem. Maintenance should pay attention to this. The beds were comfortable. Service - this is where I have little to complaint about. Staff are very friendly and always helpful. Breakfasts & dinners are buffet style with plenty of choices, many of which are freshly cooked. I really enjoyed the salad options, there was a bit of a short selection of fruits. I enjoyed all meals. One thing I would note is that the red wine in the bar was one of the worst I've tasted, probably not worth paying the bit steep price for it. Location - it's about 7-8 minutes walk from the beach, but the walk there is really disappointing through a dirty back road. Also, directly in front of and behind the hotel there is what looks like lands of skip, litter and thicket, very unappealing and sometime smelly and I'm surprised the hotel doesn't pay more attention to their surroundings, even if the land is not owned by them. It takes approx. 15-20 minutes by taxi to get to the waterfall and about 45 minutes (in good traffic) to get to Antalya old town, so it's definitely not easy access. There is a bus line which I believe takes approx. 1 hour. Quirks - just like everywhere in Turkey, the hotel has their own army of cats, all of them seem to be happy and healthy, and they free roam the property. Bear this in mind if you are not a cat person (I am :)). Outside the hotel there are packs of very large dogs, but all of the seemed docile”

“This hotel is old and not 5 stars, only 3. The food was monotonous, but there were enough drinks. Rested at the end of the season ( October), so the hotel was dirty. The beach was not cleaned at all, the sand was terrible ( full of rubbish). Sunbeds, umbrellas, mattresses were old and dirty.But the worst thing is that the cleaning lady STOLE MY MONEY!!!!! She pulled them out of my purse, which was lying in a drawer!!! The response of the staff to the complaint was inadequate, the woman who is responsible for complaints behaved very rudely, immediately switched to Turkish ( although we are foreigners and don’t understand Turkish language)! SHAME ON YOU!!! The administration also did not solve this problem, the stolen money was never returned and they didn’t even apologize!!!! Don’t recommend this hotel!!!”
