“Have experience: one at the hotel and also in a group of 3 people - in an apartment (a separate building 200 meters away). both options are recommended. There are some nuances: the apartments do not provide water, coffee/tea on the second day, and they do not take out the trash. The main building has this every day. There are not enough paper napkins in the apartment, perhaps a cutting board will helps. As for the rest, everything is there. Just like a balcony dryer and a washing machine. The kitchen is suitable for cooking. As a result: Everything is done for a wonderful holiday. To the sea 12-13 minutes from the apartments, from the hotel 10 minutes on foot. “Amazing hotel with great staff! This is the hotel to stay at, I've stayed all over Alanya and this is a gem. I must say that everything is excellent. The location of the hotel is positioned in the heart of the city so numerous places to see are within walking-distance. Hotel's landscape with Alanya Fortress is amazing. Staffs are attentive and friendly. I've stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend multiple times and whenever we arrive, we are welcomed intimately by the reception crew. When it comes to the rooms, they're spacious; decorated with up-to-date furnitures and an immaculate french bed. “It was very calm and peaceful family time. We are very grateful for the team. We booked Lake villa, but after 3 days it was upgraded till Bali. We loved both of them, of course Bali more ❤️ but Lake villa was also very nice - 2 bedrooms, good size, everything you need is there. Bali one is a nice house with own pool and small garden, bigger rooms, and especially leaving room. It is very convenient with small kids. We loved main IC Residence restaurant, during high season it's must - calm relaxing, never crowded, great service and menu. Special thanks for preparing some extra dishes out of the menu for the baby. Beach is cozy and nice, clean and interesting for babies. Huge thanks for the buggies, with small kids during hot time it was such a help! 🙏🙏🙏 Territory is green, big enough, well organized, no sound of loud music with closed windows. It was a great stay, thank you for such hospitality ❤️”

“If I could give a zero I would !!! Total disappointment! Let me begin with the rooms! awful ! We booked three rooms with my parents and my brother’s family, all the three rooms were disgusting ! Toilets awful! they were not even cleaned ! Bedsheets were dirty with stain! All the towels were stained! Safe was not working and it was rusted! When we complained to the reception they said you booked economy! We told them does economy mean dirty ? Not clean ? ( they could not speak proper English or German, they only speak Russian and Turkish ) there is a fake telephone in the room, it does not work, so if you want something you need to go to the receptionist which is a long way! There is no internet in the rooms or in the pool area you should sit in the front lobby to have internet and again when we complained they said yeah this how it is !!! The food is the worst that I have ever had in my whole life ! There are only two items that we could eat! Breakfast lunch and dinner not good at all, everything is really low quality! For coffee, there is no real coffee! They have instant coffee machines which again doesn’t taste good. The liquors are awful they taste like gasoline, the cheapest version. Wine tasted so bad I only took a sip ! Everything is really low quality and bad ! AC in my room was on all the time because we didn’t have a remote control! In my parents room, the AC is dripping on their bed and they do nothing about it! They had to move the bed so it doesn’t get wet! The receptionist are not attentive at all rude people and not nice, they are trying their minimum to meet your needs. One very important point about this hotel is that we booked it under the name of Armas but it turned out to be Eldar!! Don’t book with this hotel! Don’t waste your money and ruin your holidays!”
