She made me feel positive about the whole thing and I left feeling awesome. I had to go back a couple of days later as I had questions and I dealt with Erin. She too was terrific. She attacked a couple more clips so it didn’t feel like it was flopping around and gave it a bit of a tweak. Outstanding service. I would highly recommend.”

Their second location that welcome walk in’s at a lower price is perfect for a grab and go all in one gourmet hot dog, beer, game of pac man and a quick cut before you head out on the town. Annie was total PRO, she understood the assignment and was so gentle, sweet and patient with me as I am very picky and detailed about what I want! “This is the best place to go get your hair done. I’ve been coming here for a year and a half for nanolink extensions. Emmy does my hair and she always makes me feel amazing. The first time I came here I’d come from a previous hairdresser that had messed up my extensions and I was afraid I was going to have to cut a lot of my own hair off due to it having matted. They took me in with no notice and fixed/saved my hair and i didn’t have to cut any of it off and I’m so grateful. Everyone here is really kind and all the hair dressers are very detail oriented. The hair bundles they have are also really good quality . I recommend coming here 10/10.”

“I loved the three services I received at Cutie Pie. The staff are friendly and efficiently on time with my booked appointments. This I really appreciate. Emma is amazing at doing my eyebrow lamination. This service makes my eyebrows so easy to shape for eight weeks and I love the perfect colour they tint my eyebrows to compliment my face. This is a must have service if you want to have more noticeable eyebrows with less maintenance. The reason I love the deluxe manicure is because I have dry hands and the paraffin wax is such a miracle in making my hands feel so soft and she does such a great job with my cuticles. Plus I love the colours to choose from for my nails. Pedicures at Cutie Pie are my favourite because I need extra support for my back and the comfortable couch and pillows provide that for me. A feature I really value is how particular Cutie Pie is about cleanliness and the use quality products for the foot mask and massage lotion, which they give you a choice to choose between two options. I personally enjoy the mango option. Even better is they have clean retail products I can purchase to take home and enjoy until I go back again. I highly recommend Cutie Pie!”

AT THIS POINT I JUST WANT A FULL REFUND AND BE DONE WITH THIS PLACE!!!!when I arrived at the sumas location I had full confidence your master elite technician would listen and clearly understand what I wanted during my service and replicate what I was asking for. Well sadly that did not happen I kept having to ask during the service if she was going to do my curl crown and she said the one half of my head was already done when it clearly wasnt.... that was the most important part of what I wanted it's what I emphasized when I first made the appt I felt very uncomfortable in my own appearance when I left your establishment And actually mentioned I was leaving the store with hair I did not like. This is pictures of the "updo" I paid for. I feel like the time and attention needed to spend on my hair for my special day wad completely disregarded and definitely did not get what I asked for service wise. My hair looks like a 10 year old tried. I was devastated this was going to be my look for the event 😢 😭 😪 ps I've emailed customer support and haven't heard anything back hence why this review is being made. DO NOT TRUST THIS ESTABLISHMENT 🤦🏼‍♀️ANOTHER UPDATE (because ya know multiple updates are OK in a customer service based industry) FIIINALY After 41 days of this establishment dodging my every email or response to Google review I have received my refund. All I have to say is do your due diligence ESPECIALLY if the event your attending was as important as mine and you needed to look professionally groomed to your best. Because honestly this place cannot give that level of service 😒 🙄 unfortunately.....”

“My daughter went to this salon to get her nails done before a very special occasion. She went in with a picture of what she wanted, and after an hour the tech still wasn’t done so she just chose a colour. She’s not good at confrontation, and even though she was unhappy with them, she paid and left. We left to go to the airport and she wouldn’t show anyone her hands and she was very upset. So I called the salon. Told them that she was getting engaged on this trip, and they spoiled it. The woman on the phone said, “well if we knew it was for engagement photos. No one will be looking at her nails anyway” I asked her why they needed to know why someone was getting their nails done? Do you get more effort from the nail tech if it is? She asked for photos and I told her I’d send them as soon as we got to the airport. Which I did. They texted back and said the nails look fine, and that my daughter didn’t complain, and she signed a waiver saying no refunds anyway, so she was out of luck. I asked to speak to the manager. Still waiting for that. Don’t go here. Who makes their clients sign a waiver before they get the product? Terrible owner, terrible customer service.”
