Unlike Southampton where I collected her last May. Considering it was a brand new delivery Southampton just handed it over from a parking bay and not from the handover area. My wife and I both thought at the time perhaps the Q2 was not worthy of a Handover bay area. Portsmouth seem to go that extra mile more than Southampton.”

And been quoted over 1700 £ for fixing the ac after spending 500£ on it with them. Very poor customer service, not very interested on getting the job done, not even provided a paper copy of what the 1700 £ job will be for the air condition compressor, those lads must be on a high £££ per hour.
