“We walked here after parking in the town. There is a good number of tables inside - along with outdoor seating. We visited on a rainy cold day - so chose to sit inside. The menu has a good choice for many dietary requirements. The menu is very inventive, with some really great sounding dishes. We ordered the breakfasts which arrived quickly. Both looked very appetising when they arrived. They both tasted amazing - with some really tasty elements. Easily the best breakfast we've had.”

“I was gifted a voucher for Xmas so I chose this tea house to visit. Was not disappointed! The staff are friendly and welcoming, attentive but not over the top :) The food was amazing! The posh afternoon tea is well worth the money! Being able to choose your own sandwich and change drink options is a big bonus! The tea house was clean and tidy despite it being busy, the staff didn’t stop. Highly recommend a visit if you’re in Lyndhurst. We will definitely be back :) 5* There is plenty of parking just behind the tea room.”

“I have been around the World and am a fussy eater. The chef and team here are exceptional. If you like top quality food you will understand this part, the consistency of high quality is amazing. To bring out plate after plate at that level of standard and speed is something that is under appreciated. I admire the eggs florentine, the muffins are insanely good as is the balance of flavour and herbs to the eggs and sauce. This is now my regular sanctuary and I try to come atleast a couple times a month from 40 miles away to eat and relax here. That peanut and banana shake is unreal too!”

Eggs Benedict were some of the best I've seen, and the taste was almost perfect, though I'd have preferred fried tomatoes as a topping as fresh out the fridge made the food too cold. Coffee was delicious, id asked for vanilla syrup which wasn't available, but was promised that the blend had a sweet kick to it anyway - it absolutely did g and I've never tasted coffee like it before, which was great.”

Was a little curious to be offered scrambled eggs, with both fried and poached eggs not available today. It became clear when breakfast arrived... The scrambled eggs were disgusting... Probably bought pre-made in bulk. Will probably give it another try sometime, but will likely not order breakfast again if fresh eggs are unavailable. The cake counter looked very inviting though.”
