“Richer Sounds as a business is one that I really like. They have phenomenal sales and clearances and (as far as I've seen) do not stock bad products that you may fall into the trap of buying. I used them years ago when I first assembled my home hifi speaker system. At the time, I didn't have the funds for a full 5.1 and so dropped the centre speaker. Yesterday I sent out a clearance inquiry on the website for a centre speaker as I want to make my system 5.1 instead of 4.1. The inquiry was answered by this store promptly today via email. I have had multiple emails from the store manager Hauke who was both very helpful and incredibly swift with replies - over the span of about 40 or so minutes the entire transaction was sorted and was overall very painless. I can't speak for the in-store experience for this particular richer sounds, but if the rest of the staff are as helpful as Hauke was then I imagine it can only be a good experience. -Reuben”

“One of the best places.for fabric in Glasgow brilliant selection with knowledge staff. It can get busy but definitely worth it. Car park is a bit tricky as it's under the shop and has support poles that are a bit in the way but if you take your time it's totally fine. Prices also seem to be very competitive for a brick and mortar store. They also have a few nice made up curtains/ cushions for inspiration. Definitely worth the trip.”

“You know that feeling when you are looking for something in particular, I couldn't find what I was looking for anywhere. I tried Dunelm thinking that I probably wouldn't get my artificial flowers there as I was looking for a particular colour, but I got them. The staff were so lovely and the shop was well organised so I found the flowers very quickly. Unlike other shops where you go in and wander round, looking for the 1 thing that you need until you eventually give up. Well, not in Dunelm. Well done, Dunelm you have a new customer.”

“We visit this store on almost a weekly basis to pick up bits and pieces for our properties. Usually the service is great. But today we got to see how the management of the store act when you want to return something. I had returned with a double sheet that I had purchased on Wednesday that was the wrong size. I have also picked out new curtains and a curtain pole that I wished to purchase at the same time. Because I didn’t have my receipt I had to wait on a manager and when he finally did show up rather than just take the details to process the refund so we could complete the transaction he decided to chastise us for failing to register for their e-receipts. I explained I don’t want e-receipts and that should have been the end of it but instead he went on and on about how we simply had to have e-receipts until I just picked up the sheet, leaving the curtains and walking out in disgust at his attitude. There isn’t a thing in those store that can’t be purchased online cheaper and better quality. We used it for convenience but after showing us how your management treat customers we won’t be back.”

“Amazing shopping outlet. Shelves jam packed with lots of stock and you may even think it’s a bit pricey. But you get what you pay for and that’s quality. Don’t think it stops in the store, garden centre is stay with plant, bushes, ornaments. To top off your visit pop in to the Orchard Coffee shop and grab a bite to eat and a drink. We did and enjoyed the stories. All staff no matter where they were and what the were doing stopped to help you. It was no bother at all. All of them professional and polite and their knowledge was first class. Don’t ever drive past this store it’s well worth a visit. I even bought a clock which is in the pics I attached.”

“Your average Dobbies garden centre, fairly big with a second level although unsure if the second level is accessible by lift (assume so but I didn’t notice one). Decent reductions post-Christmas, cafe is alright although my coffee cup wasn’t full? I know that’s an odd complaint but usually with the froth it reaches the top, it’s the first time I’ve had coffee from somewhere where I questioned if someone had already been drinking it. Many stars given for the lovely fish.”

As well as in store cafe there are number of non Tesco stores on the ground floor including a dentist, Greggs and a charity shop. This branch has recently introduced parking restrictions.”
