I tried Dunelm thinking that I probably wouldn't get my artificial flowers there as I was looking for a particular colour, but I got them. The staff were so lovely and the shop was well organised so I found the flowers very quickly. Unlike other shops where you go in and wander round, looking for the 1 thing that you need until you eventually give up. Well, not in Dunelm. Well done, Dunelm you have a new customer.”

“We visit this store on almost a weekly basis to pick up bits and pieces for our properties. Usually the service is great. But today we got to see how the management of the store act when you want to return something. I had returned with a double sheet that I had purchased on Wednesday that was the wrong size. I have also picked out new curtains and a curtain pole that I wished to purchase at the same time. Because I didn’t have my receipt I had to wait on a manager and when he finally did show up rather than just take the details to process the refund so we could complete the transaction he decided to chastise us for failing to register for their e-receipts. I explained I don’t want e-receipts and that should have been the end of it but instead he went on and on about how we simply had to have e-receipts until I just picked up the sheet, leaving the curtains and walking out in disgust at his attitude. There isn’t a thing in those store that can’t be purchased online cheaper and better quality. We used it for convenience but after showing us how your management treat customers we won’t be back.”

“This used to be my local Asda when I lived in Hamilton, it's a superstore and I liked that they had a huge range of different products so it meant if I needed anything, then I could go to Asda and they would probably have it on sale. I liked that they have excellent opening hours and that I can now use my phone to scan the products to reduce the time it takes for me to do my shopping. It has good public transport links and I think it's a great place to shop.”

“Under no circumstances buy a suite from this shower. Forrest Furnishings/Sterling. I ordered a suite in July this year and it was delivered on the 19th October. After only being in my home for not even a fortnight I had reported problems with it. They sent out a technician from Emmiera who Inspected this suite, he was shown the fabric issues and heard the constant popping from the suite when you sat down and got back up again. But sent a report back to Forrest to say that our claim is invalid and there was nothing wrong with it. It has been constant emails back and forth and we are getting nowhere even though I have taken advice from my local citizens advice and they said under the consumer right act 2015 if we think the suite is lacking quality and not fit for purchase then we have rights to send the goods back. Honestly do not touch this company.”

“It was a nice experience and this supermarket is open 24 hours. The customer service is fine. It would be good if they paste the appropriate barcodes on the products. I bought a bike accessory and there was no barcode to scan. In the end, I took a photo of the price tag and showed that to the cashier at the till, she was also very happy to help. Apart from that no issues at all. Customer service is the highlight here and at present, they have a good section dedicated to Halloween.”

“Staff on the self checkout are usually talking amongst themselves, there's generally 3-4 of them there, but you've still to wave at them for them to come and do their job of verifying your purchase, and they sometimes act really annoyed that you've had the audacity to tear them away from their personal conversation to do their job. Some staff are friendly, but far too many are downright unfriendly and rude. Also, the upstairs male toilets are a disgrace, always absoutly stinking of urine, I always need to hold my breath when I go in, it's really disgusting.”
