“My cane corsos have been going there since they were puppies. I’m a truck driver so when my boy got sick on the road about a year ago I took him to the closest vet I could where they told me he had parvo. I couldn’t understand cause he’s had all vaccinations, wven the ones he doesn’t need and heartworm and flea tick meds every month. I brought him home to his vet here at cross lanes to have treatment for parvo started immediately. My vet did a couple small tests and said he doesn’t look like he has parvo. So they diagnosed him with Giardia which is what he really had and him better in no time. I thank you guys for that, the other misdiagnosis had me all out of sorts. You took care of my baby and got him better.”

He explained everything to me and after trying treatments I decided it was time to let her go. He was kind and gentle during the euthanasia process. They recommended an excellent crematorium in Elkview. I had her ashes back in three days. His staff is caring and supportive as well. Thank you all for helping to make Bonnie’s last days comfortable.”

“My 16 year old best friend apparently had kidney disease and we never knew. We tried for a week to flush his kidneys but he was tired and his levels never got better. The staff was friendly and so kind during his stay and treatments. They also didn’t try to talk me into spending any extra the Veterinarians were very real and logical and I appreciate that so much. We were able to bring him home for one more day to be ‘king kitty’ of the house again so we could say goodbye. The hardest decision I’ve had to make was to let Zero go. I’ve never been through it before and the staff really go above and beyond to make it as easy as they can given the circumstances. I truly appreciate that it’s possible to take care of everything with them. I’m not sure I could have handled having to call around and figure out cremation and all that. It was truly a blessing in many ways that they can also take care of that why you grieve.”
