“Purchased a birthday gift for our daughter online with in-store pickup. I'm very pleased to see our store transform our former café to an online purchases holding area. After the employee verified my id, she was able to locate my purchase very quickly. She actually handed me my purchase on her way back to customer service which made it even faster service. I was in & out of there in no time! I noticed employees sanitizing the carts while I was waiting; as well as wellness check stations at each entrance to the store (one coming from the parking lot and the other at the mall entrance.) It gives me such a peace of mind knowing our Target is doing their part to help us stay safe while shopping. Thank you, from one store owner to another, for risking you & your families health to ensure we are able to purchase items that we need. “I bought two bags of cracked corn last weekend. Both are full of mold. I called and Manager and she acted like she didnt believe me, said she turns corn over so fast it wouldnt have time to mold! That doesnt mean it didnt arrive at the store already molded!!! She said no one else bought molded corn! I find it very hard to believe that I got the ONLY two bags of molded corn out of this whole batch..Will return two open bags of mostly MOLD so she can see it for herself!!! Very Rude!! Store is way, too high priced to have to deal with this.. I'll go to Southern States instead from now on”

“We stop in sometimes as much 3-4 times a week. We purchase all our pet needs, and even a lot of home décor from this Tractor Supply location. The parking lot could use a bit more attention as there are often discarded masks and other debris littering the lot and entryway into the store. The inside of the store is generally clean and well kept. Staff has no exceptional knowledge of products/uses and needs honestly. A bit of training could be done with staff on farm product uses, varies pet foods and supplies as well. They cannot always answer your questions about products they have in stock. The staff overall is great about customer service, we usually have a pleasant experience, though there are a few who do not perform well under pressure though. When lines are long, they get a little snarky with some customers when they ask for assistance. Have heard a few dropping the 'F' bomb at times. The décor items are very high quality and built to last. They do run a tad expensive, but the value for the money is there. Better selection of pet foods than you will find at the supermarket especially if you are needing higher protein and grain free pet foods.”

“I love that they put WIC on all WIC items. Their produce is much better than Walmarts. I don't like their self check out and I really don't like that they don't have baggers on a busy Friday evening. I don't mind bagging but their was an elderly woman working cashier and if it wasn't for me being able to do it myself that woman would of struggled. The workers are always kind and will help anyone if they need it. I would of rated a 5 if not for the terrible self checkout system and them not employing more cashiers and baggers. All in all great store. I do believe if they would expand they would double their profits and bring more customers.”

“Already hard enough having to check online inventory for all of the Krogers, Walmarts, Walgreens, and CVSs in the area for my sons formula because it’s never in stock and of course when I have to call the customer service desk of Kroger in Moundsville the customer service desk lady has to have an attitude about having to go check, “you have called here before about this haven’t you?” Yeah obviously months ago because my baby needs formula? Don’t know how people have the audacity to be rude over having to do the job they’re paid to do and over baby formula at that 😒 Won’t be shopping at Moundsville Kroger anymore..”
