“Just got back from a fantastic five night stay at the River Belle Inn. Before we even checked in, the wonderful Brianna, who knows Healdsburg like the back of her hand, helped us get reservations for places during the busy holiday season. The Inn itself is on a lovely spot by the river, with great views from the garden. The complimentary breakfast service was great and the daily happy hours were a fun way to hang with other guests over some excellent local wine. Will definitely be staying there again the next time we do a Sonoma wine tasting trip.”

“So my husband and I got the king bed with fireplace and balcony or patio. The room was very clean, and the bed was super comfy. The sliding door patio led us right out to the pool/hot tub/sauna. The location is within walking distance to downtown sonoma and across the street from a shopping center. The staff was welcoming. We highly recommend the Best Western!”

“Just came back from a two-night stay. Property is located on the other side of the rail tracks so it's not super convenient to walk downtown, but is still doable. Hotel is extremely clean and architecturally interesting as a converted silk mill. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are not the largest, but plenty big. Strangely, there are no drawers for clothes and the closet is very small, so unless you are a minimalist, you'll probably need to keep belonging in your suitcase. The bed was very comfy and the room temp was constant and we never needed to adjust the temp. We were in Room 202 and never heard any street noise. The shower is amazing. Breakfast was very good and fresh and the dining room is very large, allowing one to linger. The gym, though small, is spotless and wasn't being used the both times I was there. Would recommend to anyone in the area and wouldn't think twice about staying there again.”

“We were in town for wine tasting in November. This was a great location! Easy walking distance to restaurants, lots of wineries nearby of course! The room was very clean, beds were comfortable. All service was great. Tess at the reception area was really welcoming and helpful. Her smile made you feel like she was greeting family! We got Starbucks and burritos for breakfast - the burrito was huge and very good. A shout out to Micki for her speedy and super friendly service. She even helped us fine a really nice vineyard to add to our list. Her professional attitude and friendly service were “above and beyond”. I will definitely stay here again.”

“I recently spent 2 nights at the Inn At The Tides in Bodega, CA. The place has lovely landscaping and wonderful hotel suites. My friend and I stayed in a lovely room with a great view overlooking the Pacific Coast Hwy and the ocean beyond it. The rooms were neat and clean. Plus, the housekeeping staff were exceptional. They not only made the bed each day, but also returned a Kindle I left in the room after leaving! I was able to contact one of the managers, Evelin, at the front desk, who was gracious and kind, and who made sure to find my Kindle and send it back to me. I cannot tell you how important it is to know that there are still responsible, kind, and reliable staff to respond so promptly and kindly to a guest’s needs! I will certainly be coming back to spend many more visits at the Inn At the Tides when visiting Bodega Bay, CA!! Kudos to the Inn At the Tides, and especially, their wonderful staff! “It is a beautiful setting on the Russian river. We found that the television didn't work as it should. We went to the person we checked in with, who said he would come see what was wrong. He never showed up. We found rat poop on the carpet in different places. Not something you should find at a place that costs what it does. We found the breakfast bag that they give you to be below the quality of what you would expect from a place like this. The kitchen wasn't very well equipped. We had 2 spoons, 2 forks, and 2 knives. Glad that there was only 2 of us. Lighting in the kitchen is a joke. Also very few extra coffee pods and no way to clean the sink area, no sponge, etc. The sliding glass shower doors had no handles on them to open or close. Challenging with wet hands. Also there is a very strong smell of natural gas at the parking area. Could be dangerous, should be checked out. We won't be back. We stayed in the Monte Rio.”
