“This has to be one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in as a family. We stayed for few months and i must say that the customer service was the best! I have to mention Jason and Daniel at the reception for their exceptional customer service. It was a joy to see them welcome us with smiles and also help us when we encountered any kind of issues during our stay. They made our stay a memorable one! Them welcoming us cheerfully everyday as we walked in truly used to make our days better. Thank you Jason and Daniel! We truly appreciate you! Also Juana from room service was a great help! “Bathrooms are a little small and in our room the hot water didn't work in the shower but we informed the front desk about it and they took care of it. The staff was amazing. Polite and professional. They made us feel welcome and at home. The rooms are a little dated but are clean, warm and safe and they are working on improving them. The breakfast was delicious, a lot of options and the free coffee at all times of the day was definitely a bonus. The free Direct TV was also an added bonus. Will definitely stay again in the future.”

“We love it here! Stayed here in summer 2020 or 2021 for almost a week. The room is spacious, the indoor pool was large, the location is strategic yet secluded, quite place, put put golf was a nice touch for the kids, Justin from front desk was very kind. Always had a smile in his face (could tell even with a mask on) and very resourceful. Looking to stay here again sometime soon. I have nothing bad to say. All around great experience and we made good memories there!”

“I was a bride who got ready with her 6 bridesmaids at this hotel. I absolutely love the character of this place. We got the honeymoon suite so it was plenty big to host the hair and makeup team and all of the bridesmaids. There was a whole row of hooks in the bedroom so we were able to hang all of the bridesmaid dresses together and steam them! The hallways and lobby are gorgeous, so if you prefer to not take pictures in the room, these other locations are a great option. There is also a horse bench we took some fun pictures on outside of the hotel. Vince at the front desk did a great job making sure my guests got their welcome bags, despite there being multiple weddings hosting a block there. They were very accommodating when my bridesmaids arrived at 8 am and needed to check into their rooms ASAP, since they would not be around for 3 pm check in time.”
