“Loved this hotel. The breakfast was good, rooms were super clean. The sheets smelled like bleach 🙂 the room was spacious as well. The staff was all very nice. Adrienne went above and beyond for me as soon as I got there and Stanley was a great person to interact with. Great conversation and a great testimony. The only thing I didn't like was you can't completely close the blinds so the street light behind was shining in my room all night. If I have to go back, I'll definitely stay here again.”

“Great location and in walking distance of Texas Roadhouse, Olive Garden and red lobster. The hotel gave us a 10 percent off of Texas Roadhouse coupon which was nice and came in handy. The hotel itself was incredibly clean including the lobby. Our room was great Comfortable beds and bedding.Very friendly staff and we couldn’t be more happy with our stay. “A wonderful stay! I arrived very early expecting to just leave my bags at the hotel while I explored, but they had a room ready and checked me in right away! The room itself was clean and spacious. Nothing necessarily special or different compared to other hotel rooms, but it had all that I needed. The bed was very comfortable and the temperature was easy to control in my room. The staff were all friendly and professional. It's close to plenty of things to do (food, shopping, etc.) and is close to highways. Will definitely stay here again if ever I'm back in KC! Thank you to all the staff!!”

“I stayed at many Drury Inns in the pass with NO problem. But when I stayed at this location I had a problem with my thermostat. I didn't get warm. I call front desk they came to my room to see what was the problem. Tried to tell me the fan had to be off and if the fan was on it would blow cold air. The brought me so extra blankets. When I went to check out told the manager the situation. He tried to make it seem like I was stupid. On his phone looking at the temperature of the room on his phone. Saying it was working properly. I don't care what he said the room was still cold to me at 74-76 degrees. He said was was going to tell the maid to check the room out. But what good it was going to me because I was checking out. So I couldn't tell if they checked or fixed the thermostat. I felt the manger thought I was lying.”

We called down and they moved us to the opposite side of the hotel immediately and brought our new keys up. Clutch as that car was still going hours later”

“It was a busy weekend. Only complaint, when I booked the room I asked for 2 queen beds. I double checked my reservation 3 times and even at check in I asked to make sure we had two queen beds. I was assured I did. But no. I had two regular size beds. I booked for this weekend back in June. Other then that, room was clean, service was great, pool was smoking hot and could barely breathe in there, but kids had fun.”

“The second stay we had was not as nice. The room wasn't cleaned good. The stay wasn’t horrible but we couldn’t get the heater to come on at first. Got it on but in the middle of the night it went berserk and sounded like a train in our room. I had to unplug it. Temps were in the single digits outside so that may have played a role. Other than that the bartender and customer service was great.”

“Very clean hotel, excellent breakfast, probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had! The pool was heated and so clean, the workout room was nice, we got to use the Home 2 workout facilities, too, It was bigger with more equipment. The walls are so thin. I could hear everything. Neighbors above and voices from the rooms nearby. The ones staying across the hall had a dog that kept barking well past 10 pm. When I informed the front desk about it, they were very quick to respond. The fire alarm went off one evening, before 10. False alarm. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I do recommend this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, great facilities, clean rooms, excellent breakfast!”

“Great hotel! We had a great stay while in Branson. The kids enjoyed the game room and pool. Everything was really clean. I'm very picky when it comes to hotels and cleanliness and this one met my expectations. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. My husband is picky about food and went in with low expectations but he was pleasantly surprised. The room had a mini fridge and microwave which we loved. It also had a coffee pot and was stocked with coffee and tea. Not long after we made it up to our room someone called and made sure everything was good with our room and asked if we needed anything which I appreciated. They just went above and beyond. This will be our first choice if we're ever in Branson again!”

“My experience with this place was absolutely horrific! I booked a room online. When I showed up to check-in. the person at the desk led me to believe that I must have set my reservation up at a different hotel. It was late, so I paid for a room. The next day I come to find out that was not the case at all. Long story short. They double charged me. When I called to explain the situation and try to get at least one charge refunded, It went from bad to worse. The 2 ladies I spoke with, had no sympathy for my situation, and had absolutely no interest in investigating, refunding, or helping in any way. I highly recommend never staying here!! If you do, make sure to watch out for TIFFANY OR JESSICA. They could not have been more unprofessional at handling my situation.”

“We stay at this hotel 3 or 4 times every year and love it. Location is great, staff is super friendly and rooms are always clean. We were there last weekend and had a great time. My only complaint is the water pressure in shower was low and the water was so soft it never really felt like you got all of the soap off or shampoo out of your hair. I've never noticed that before. We will definitely stay here again though!”

“incredible! I love this hotel. As soon as we entered the warrensburg station, we were greeted by the friendly staff. As we fixed some issues on our end, the staff made popcorn in the lobby that we enjoyed along with the lemon water, and chip bags that are always available for free. The room was clean and smelled fresh, there was everything we needed-- even a cute little rubber ducky to welcome us. The bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were by far my favorite part. they were both clean. The hot tub is big and the pool is perfect for family as it goes from 3ft to 5ft in the middle. The free breakfast was delicious!! the staff during breakfast were very kind and helpful. they refilled all the breakfast as needed, even close to closing time, they made sure everyone had everything they wanted to eat! biscuits and gravy were yummy! This hotel was in a great convenient location and exceeded my expectations!! highly recommend.”
