“Room very clean, bed comfy, plenty of room. Staff very friendly. Modest buffet breakfast for a very reasonable price. Family friendly. Close to eateries. Only negative was the glass sliding door on the shower, opened and closed, close beside the handbasin. As a bigger person was an uncomfortable squeeze. If the door opened the other direction would have been perfect. The shower was large, with a very large shower head. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Whilst the buffet is 42/person fri-sun (free for kids 2 and under) i was actually quite impressed with the quality of the food provided. Especially considering that it was a buffet! Having a kids space/play room made it great for our family and I felt very comfortable letting them run around in there. Great place for a meal for sure!”

“First of all, it's cheap, so dont expect too much. The staff were lovely. Very helpful. The room was adequate, although unfortunately there was a street light outside my window and the cheap blind did nothing to black the light out. A better blind would have helped. The big downside for me was the shower. The water pressure was so low that it was impossible to use, and I had to sponge bath. Not my first time, but would have preferred a shower. Overall, it was an ok stay if your flight is cancelled and you want a cheap option.”

“Overall great hotel! Located in a nice area, beautiful romantic building and super friendly staff. We could leave our luggage during the day, there was an ironing board and iron available, free of charge, and there was free coffee and water in the lobby. The location was very nice, good restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms were a bit small but nonetheless nicely decorated. Would recommend!”

“Incredible location. Swam with sharks, turtles, rays in the bluest water. Fairly basic accommodation and amenities, but sitting in the room is not the point. Be prepared for very noisy birds at night. Staff couldn’t have been nicer - special shout out to the kitchen for being careful with allergies, Lauren at reception, and master reef guide Elliot.”

“Grand (definition) adjective 1. magnificent and imposing in appearance, size, or style. I wanted to preface that, because this place is antonymous in every meaning. The rooms have no bathrooms, there’s a communal bathroom that I would say is for the traveler who is equal parts brave and foolish. The rooms themselves look like they haven’t been maintained since they opened. There is a basin in the room, “why?” you ask, well simple, that’s so after you use the communal toilet you then walk to your room and wash your hands. Now this is specific to ourselves but we arrived early and asked to check in an hour early, they said no. And in hindsight I find that funny because they didn’t need time to clean the rooms because I dont think that’s a thing they do around here. The staff downstairs were friendly, I have no issues with them at all. Cannot stress this enough. Don’t stay here. Ignore this at your peril.”

“We really liked the location and the staff was super friendly, but this place could use some rennovation. Rooms definitely need some update - the carpet had holes and burns, and the wall needed painting. It was also pretty loud at night, lots of people sitting outside our room, playing music and talking. Definitely not worth staying here for the price you pay!”

“Recently stayed here, staff were very accomodating. My partner had recently broke his leg and had limited mobility. They were able to give us a ground floor room and were really friendly and helpful with all our needs. Was able to check in early. Was able to leave our car at the premises after check out to attend doctors appointments. Room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable bed. Could not hear the planes at all when in our room with the door closed. Had great little court yard on our room. Made up our room and freshened it up when requested. Would happily stay hear again when travelling, one of the best places I have stayed at when travelling.”

“We had a class reunion there last weekend. What a wonderful weekend. The staff went over and above to make sure we had a good time. Nothing was to much trouble. Obviously the motel has quite a bit of age but in general the rooms were clean, plenty of hot water, tea, coffee etc, shampoo, conditioner and BISCUITS. Our menu meals on Friday night were excellent. We had organised a buffet dinner for Saturday night and buffet breakfast for Sunday morning and both were outstanding. There was 25 of us and not one complaint. Would recommend in a heartbeat, to the point we have booked again for next year's reunion. Thank you again to all staff. Marlene.”
